Membership Fee

• $1,000.00 to purchase 10 shares of Class A Voting Stock
• $200.00 One time Administration fee (Non-Refundable)

Weekly-Monthly Fees

• $17.50 per month catalog charge (Includes paper, internet and DVD catalog)
• Under $800.00 order carries an additional $40.00 stop charge
• Handy Buy software program (Optional) - $50.00 per month for the first six months, $10.00 per month thereafter.
• 2% adder to all warehouse purchases for compliance with stock ownership program
• Bin Tags (Optional) - 1.5 cents per line
• Price Stickers (Optional) - 1.5 cents per line

Purchase Requirements

• After first six months, $5,000 per month average warehouse purchase requirement ($60,000 per year). If average falls below $5,000 in any one month, there is a $50.00 low volume fee assessed for that month. At year end, if the $60,000 total warehouse requirement is met, any $50.00 low volume assessments for that calendar year will be refunded.
